Hello All!

Well, after 4 months of no WW, not watching what I ate and no exersize, I
have gained everything back that I so very proudly lost. That actually, and
more.

My WI and workout buddy lost interest and after she quit, slowly so did I.
I needed the motivation she gave me and she felt the same. Not sure why she
quit but she's now joined a gym that she doesn't go to.

I'm back on the WW wagon! I've got to lose the weight I've put on!! I was
ONE POUND away from lifetime and BLEW it. (sorry for the yelling!!) So,
this is not even a new years resolution, this starts NOW. I want to see my
feet again and be proud to put on a bathing suit this coming summer!

I hope to gain alot of insight and motivation from you all! TIA!!

Pat-

The number ONE motivation is wanting to do it for yourself. While a buddy is
great to encourage and share WW with, ultimately you have to want it most
for yourself. That's what I have to remind myself of.

Find a couple of tools or anchors to help you and you will be well on your
way!

Glenn,

For some odd reason, it was easier to do with a buddy than alone? I'm not
even sure why! : ) It also gave me a good reason (if there is one) to
quit, because she did.

I've got an eliptical machine now and well, it's kicking my butt in a good
way. I bought a new scale and plan on weighing once a week. I would love
to lose a little weight before dh and I go to Ixtapa Mexico in February!!
My goals aren't horribly difficult, I just need to stick with it.

Thanks!
Pat

Lesanne,

Thanks! I know it works.......... I was almost lifetime and quit. Believe
me, I've beaten myself up about it and now have decided that instead of
beating myself up, I'm going to do something about it!

Excellent choice! The only way to truly fail is to give up completely.

I know how you feel. Congratulations on getting back into it.

I had three or four weeks off running up to christmas and went up to
199 on boxing day morning! I too am back on track and seeing the
weight come off again already.

My immediate goal is to get back to 182.

Good luck

Ray
