Default It is time.....

Well, next Monday I am going to go back on Induction. I need to lose 4
pounds to get to my final number and then I am going to go by the mirror
only. I will be 185 pounds, which will be 2 pounds more than what I weighed
in my junior year in college which was the lightest adult weight of my life.
I am 38 years old now. I still have a bit of a gut, but not that bad. I am
hoping I can have a totally flat stomach and who knows, maybe see some abs.
Not sure if it is possible being that I have never been there before. I
have a lower body fat % than in college if I get to the 185 I think. I mean
I am certainly carrying more muscle now.

I guess I just wanted to share it with someone. I am alone in this battle,
except for you guys.

Enjoy and hope all is well,
Curt

Almost everybody has to lose more than they thought they would to get a good
set of abs showing. Endeavor to persevere.

Good for you, Curt! And isn't it lucky we can get some support
here when it is lacking in our offline lives?!

Good Going Curt
Sounds like you're doing great .
And Don't worry about things not being possible . because you've never
been there before. Things are possible that we never imagine each
and every day.

Gotta like this NG... no one ever needs to fight this battle alone so
long as groups like this are around.
I've gotten thru alot of tough times thanks to great people on here.

Thanks all for the responses. This is usually my night out for a beer, but
I just didn't bother. I am going to try to be a little lighter on Monday,
to get a head start. I just want to see that 185. It is amazing how hard
that last little bit is to get off, but it will come....I hope.

Wishing you all success with you weight goals and or fat % goals.
Curt
