Default My Weight Watchers Meeting Died

Hi,

I was attending a Weight Watchers Meeting at work; however, several members
dropped out and the leader did not have enough to keep up the meeting.

I have been a lurker here lately and have heard about the new program that
includes flex points. My question is: Is there a place on the net that
outlines the new program. I have looked but thus far found nothing.

Thanks in advance - bonnie

Didn't you have to pay up front for so many of the weeks for the At Work
program? If you did, you should be able to get the materials from your
local WW center that your leader worked out of. If not, then I would demand
a refund.

You could join WW online and get the program materials that way too.

There is not a lot of difference in the program, except how you use your
points. Now instead of a points range you have a points target. So instead
of having 20-25 points in a day you will have 23 points in a day. Then you
have flex 35 points, that you can use any way you want in the week. Use
them all in one day, a little every day or none at all. The exercise points
you earn can only be used in the day you earn them. I hope that helps you
out and if you need to know what your Target Points are, I will pass that on
to you, but need to know your current weight.

Sorry to budge in on this convo!

I am just curious, because I am unclear on Flex Points.....I am currently
260 and using 30 points a day - I don't have the proper materials to tell me
if that is correct or not.....if anyone can help me out, I would be more
than appreciative.

Thanks!

The meetings we paid ahead of time but when it came time to renew the meetings
for another I believe 10 weeks there were not enough people.

I would appreciate your help. I weigh a whooping 178.

Have you checked into whether or not there are WW groups in the town/city
that you live that are not the At Work Meetings? There must be one in your
town somewhere. I live in a town of about 5000 and there are a couple of
meetings a week here.

Call 1-800-651-6000 (WW's Corporate Solutions Desk) to find out what
other AT Work opportunities are available in your area. Some welcome
outsiders, some do not. But the folks at the corporate solutions desk
should be able to help you.

You are right on target. Points for someone 250-274 pounds is 30 Points.
