--------- whole grain hot cereal 1/2 cup c 170 ff cottage cheese 1/2 cup c90 natural peanutbutter 2 tblspn c210 snack ------- apple c82 ff cream cheese c30 lunch ------- 1/2 cup kidney beans c120 whiting fish 5oz c135 brocoli 3.1 oz c24 mashed cauliflower 3.5oz c30 ff cottage chees 1/2 cup c90 peas 1/2 cup c70 snack -------- sardines 1 can c189 can of green beans c70 dinner --------- chicken breast no skin roasted 6oz c280 salad various veggies c110 low fat italian dressing 2tblspn c40 3 bean salad kidney,garbonzo,greenbean no dressing c168 1 cup skim milk c90 -------------------------------------------------------------- totals cals 1998 fat% 17 34g 5.11g was saturated carb%43 195g 57g fiber 138g net carbs protien%40 184g exercise for the day ------------------------ full body workout 2 mile jog 15mins of stretching thoughts for the day ----------------------- Got a real good workout in today. I made sure I got in my protien. I was tempted by a smores candy bar today. But I did not give in! I FEEL GOOD. I've been talking with some friends and I'm leaning toward maybe taking a trip to the mountains for a week to do some hiking. Now that would be a good way to celebrate. I will be taking a trip to Florida over the 4th of july this year to visit my uncle. We will be going to Disney World and the surrounding attractions. That will be fun. I havent been able to fit on most rides since I was 15, so that will be a wild experience. It's almost like I'm having to learn to live again. JUst getting that excited feeling doing simple things that most people take for granted. I hope everyone is doing well. Let's keep up the great work!! I am so happy for you!!! Thank you.
