Got a real good workout in today. I made sure I got in my protien. I was
tempted by a smores candy bar today. But I did not give in! I FEEL GOOD.

I'm really not sure. I've been talking with some friends and I'm leaning
toward maybe taking a trip to the mountains for a week to do some hiking.
Now that would be a good way to celebrate. I will be taking a trip to
Florida over the 4th of july this year to visit my uncle. We will be
going to Disney World and the surrounding attractions. That will be fun.
I havent been able to fit on most rides since I was 15, so that will be a
wild experience. It's almost like I'm having to learn to live again. JUst
getting that excited feeling doing simple things that most people take
for granted. I hope everyone is doing well. Let's keep up the great
work!!
