What's for dinner
My favorite salad: fresh spinach, grape tomatos, avocado, five-cheese
ranch dressing. I baked some chicken thighs last night, and tonight I cut the meat off the bones, put it in a bowl, dotted it with butter, and nuked it until the butter melted. Then I added a little salt and enough chipotle Tabasco sauce to give it some zing. YUM! Followed that up with a glass of peach iced tea, and I am replete. -- When you are a Bear of Very Little Brain, and you Think of Things, you find sometimes that a Thing which seemed very Thingish inside you is quite different when it gets out into the open and has other people looking at it. The chicken was so dang yummy, I did the same thing tonight with some poached breasts. -- When you are a Bear of Very Little Brain, and you Think of Things, you find sometimes that a Thing which seemed very Thingish inside you is quite different when it gets out into the open and has other people looking at it.
