hi all i am posting this to all newcommers that think they must eat an
insane amount of food plus exercise in order to lose weight. yes exercise
is a must. not really to lose the weight but to keep lean muscle and keep
the weight off it is up there at the top. it is true that when you are
counting calories at first you may feel deprived. especially if you are
still eating the junk food. junk food is very high in emptly calories a
day consisting of 2 small meals and a couple cheat foods and boom your
calorie intake for the day is gone and you find yourself hungry again
only to be more out to quit or worse to binge. now when you start eating
healthy you will practically be able to eat all day long and still
struggle to get the calories in you need. trust me i know. so if you are
truly deticated throw out those sweets and junk food. for the price of a
bad of chips you could most likely have a small peice of chicken a CAN of
green beans and a glass of milk. @@ so if your really deticated you will
lose the junk food and not think twice. if you are in the mindset that
you must have sweets or junk food. ummm. good luck on staying on track..
i dont want to sound mean or anything im just saying excuses may keep a
person from eating more healthy and in turn eating more than they really
can. get rid of that junk food. i promise after a while you wont want it
anymore. if you have kids get em used to eating an apple or banana with a
glass of skim milk! ok im done venting. i just keep reading on other
forums and such that people want to eat healthy but they must have donuts
or candy bars everyday. fine they can have those things just dont cry
when your calories run out the middle of the day and you find yourself
hungry.

sorry if i offended anyone.

I wish that he could use the shift key and Capitalize where appropriate,
though. To me, proper capitalization and punctuation make a post much, much
easier to read. Otherwise, I agree that he makes some excellent points.
