Default WW'er..I'm checking back in after being absent :)

Hey everyone,

I've posted here and there, but not regularly. So many things going on.

I start back on WW on 3/22 and have been on it the longest and seeing the
most success thus far. For me, the "CLICK" was to stop doing a 'program' and
begin to work it to make choices that would ensure a healthy outcome.

I've joined 24 Hour Fitness and workout 3-4 times a week with a mix of
cardio and weight training so I burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
Seems to be working great!

Life has been hard the past year, but it's always good to anchor 1 or 2
things so there is some semblance of normalcy...for me, it was nailing down
WW in March.

Looking forward to hearing how everyone else is doing...Doug, Willow,
Stormee, etc.

BTW, I am 4.1 away from my 10%....never been that close before....woo-hoo!

Glen, congrats on getting so close to your 10%. That proves that no
matter how many challenges you have, this program is working for you. I
am 1.2 from not paying, always dealing with vacations and social events,
but busy and extremely happy. Happy is fitting into the flat front
capris I wore last summer and they feel a bit loose.
Hope you'll continue to check in.
Audrey
