Default Crystal Light Orange Drink

Does anyone know if the Crystal Light Sunshine drink has any hidden
carbs in it?
The label says 0 per serving, but it has 10 calories, if it has 0 fat,
0 protein, and 0 carbs, where are the calories coming from?

Crystal Light doesn't use Splenda. It uses aspartame.

Crystal Light doesn't use Splenda. It uses aspartame.

They are hidden away in some carbs.

Look at the ingredients list. I looked at the peach tea flavor, which lists
0 carbs and 5 calories per serving. The ingredients list includes corn syrup
solids and maltodextrose. Those are probably the source of the calories, and
can assumed to contain carbs. If the label says 0 carbs, then the actual
carb count should be 1/2 gram or less per serving. I'd count it as 0.5 g
carb. Be sure to keep track of servings you use, as a big glassful may be
several of their defined servings.
