Crystal Light Orange Drink
Does anyone know if the Crystal Light Sunshine drink has any hidden
carbs in it? The label says 0 per serving, but it has 10 calories, if it has 0 fat, 0 protein, and 0 carbs, where are the calories coming from? Rich C |

I looked at the peach tea flavor, which lists 0 carbs and 5 calories per serving. The ingredients list includes corn syrup solids and maltodextrose. Those are probably the source of the calories, and can assumed to contain carbs. If the label says 0 carbs, then the actual carb count should be 1/2 gram or less per serving. I'd count it as 0.5 g carb. Be sure to keep track of servings you use, as a big glassful may be several of their defined servings. HG |
