Default day three of induction almost over....... kind of long...a little excitted about the resaults........

I recently just started atkins over. I have been following it to the
letter and even drinking tons of water. It seems today exspecially today
that everytime I turn around I have to pee. I have been keeping well under
20 grams of carbs over the last 3 days. Also I have noticed that my energy
level has been up during the day, I have so much most days I don't know what
to do with it.
I have lost 3lbs so far. I also took my measurements on Jan 6 04 when I
first tried to attempt this diet and I remeasured everything today and I am
down 64 inches. I couldn't believe it when i figured out the total I
couldn't believe it. Also the 3lbs was nice as well, since I had been at a
stand still since about mid dec.
Last night was the worst for the side affects, i woke up twice hungry,
once at 2:00 in the morning and again at 6 30 in the morning. both times I
got up and went to the bathroom and then back to bed with out eating
anything. I also woke up a couple of times with a really bad headache and
feeling kind of light headed. when I finally woke up at 9:00 in the
morning( wide awake) i finally broke down and took a couple of tylonal to
get ride of the headache.
I have been drinking diet coke the whole three days on induction. this is
the only thing that I have been having that I know atkins says you should
try and avoid. I am almost done the diet drinks I have at home and when I am
I won't have any more.
was wondering that since I am 6lbs away from my goal weight should I
swtich now to the next phase of atkins or wait until the two weeks of
induction are up? I have a website and a blog that I am keeping if you are
interested

this is not physically possible, so you might want to stop believing it.

i'm not trying to be mean, but it's really just absolutely *not*
possible to lose 64 inches off your body by way of losing three pounds.

Yes, you should continue your 2 weeks of induction to rid your body of
cravings, hopefully completely.....and possibly most of the 10 pounds you
want to lose. Wouldnt that be great? Then slowly go into phase 3 after
those 2 weeks. Glad to see you have started over, looks like you had a rocky
start from your blog. Maybe this time the proof will come if you stick to
it.
Diet Cokes do not spark cravings or stall some people, so if they dont
bother you, I wouldnt eliminate them if they are important to you. If they
cause you problems, then, sure, stop buying them.
Best of luck Angie,

I don't think Anglea knows how to measure. It's kinda sad. More girls
should take shop.
