Ah...an important detail that you omitted from your original post! What
if I don't have the magazine? How would I know that's what you meant?

BTW, it's not polite to "shout".

And it was:

"-- Atkins is a 4-based

Huh????

approach that encouragers (sic) eating nutrition - dense

I assume you meant to say "nutrition-dense"? If you combine two words
like that, you should hyphenate them without any extra spaces.

foods. You do not need packed (sic) products

"Packaged" products, perhaps?

to do Atkins correctly, but we do offer food productcts (sic) that
make it even easier."

What are you NOT UNDERSTANDING?????

You have to ask?? The ability to express oneself clearly is the key to
effective communication. Your posting style makes the reader work too
hard to grasp your meaning. Try doing a little proofreading *before* you
hit the "send" button.

Sure it was from U.S. News and World Report..... it was on the BACK.
Look at ON THE BACK!!!

And it was:

"-- Atkins is a 4-based approach that encouragers eating nutrition -

correctly, but

The problem is that what you write often comes out like, well, a
Bushism. Whether or not that is the result of your stroke, or English
not being your primary language or whatever is irrelevant. For
example, up above you wrote:

"90% of the pamper in this UG seems to concern "cheese", "oil" an
packed goods, etc which is FRONT of the -- or is next to the
half front in of "The Pyramid"."

"Pamper?" From the context you seem to have meant "people".

"packed goods" From the context that must have meant "packaged
goods".

"next to the half front in of "The Pyramid"." This one is pretty much
a mystery. It can't be untangled.

Even the material you appear to have taken from a written source is
mangled (see below):

"-- Atkins is a 4-based approach that encouragers eating nutrition -
dense foods. You do not need packed products to do Atkins correctly,
but
we do offer food productcts that make it even easier."

"4-based"? Perhaps this was supposed to be "4 phase"?

"packed" instead of "packaged" again.

There are also a couple of typos, but everyone makes those mistakes
from time to time.

To wrap this up Ken, your posts can be hard to unravel. That
sometimes causes your point to be lost. Spending a bit of time proof
reading them might be a good idea.

Take care,
Carmen

The paragraph appears to have been filtered through translation
software like babelfish. http://babelfish.altavista.com A source
link would go far in helping folks better understand your message.

Default Low-carbers living in Tampa, Clearwater, St.Petersburg andSarasota Area

My husband and I are coming to your area this weekend for the first time.
Please tell us where all of the low-carb stores and restaurants are in the
area. Also where are those famous Florida Flea-markets?

Here's what I don't understand:

"4-based approach" huh? It's based on the number 4? 4 what? 4 days? 4
pencils? 4 cowboy hats?

"eating nutrition - dense foods" Do you mean "nutrition dense foods"? Or
do you mean "eating nutrition, for example, dense foods"? Or "eating
nutrition and dense foods"?

"You do not need packed products" What the heck is a packed product? Is
that a product that has been packed? Packed as in "packed down" like with
soil? Packed as in when you pack for a trip?

"food productcts" I don't recognize the word "productcts."
