Default Friendly Server who really tried....

There we were, in West, Texas, in a great little Czech restaurant trying to
order low carb from the menu. We settled on the sausage and sauerkraut
dish, but it also came with French Fries. She noticed my hesitation and
said, "Do you wish to make a substitution?" "Not exactly," sez I, "I'm on a
low carb diet so just don't bring me the French fries, please." Her face
brightened and she said she knew exactly what to do!

In a few moments she returned with the meal and the cook had substituted the
French Fries for......home fries!

I guess it's the thought that counts...the rest of the meal was great!
