Default Salt

Somehow I find myself on the "sodium podium" snacking on big crunchy
Kosher dills and capers and crumbling Danish bleu into salads.
(I joined Costco yesterday and those items were irrestibly low priced)

It may not be from pretzels or chips, but salt is salt and of course I
am now quaffing the obligitory 64 oz. minimum of liquid to quench a
killer thirst.

I go through salt jags every now and then (I'm on one right now, in fact!) I
tend to go for the salty/spicy/tangy stuff--olives, feta cheese, pickled
peppers....I wonder if there's a way indulge my cravings for spicy vinegar
tang without the sodium?
