Default Points for Yoga

Does anyone know how many points you would get for 75 minutes of yoga...I
found it pretty strenuous, but really don't know whether to count it as
light or moderate exercise since it wasn't cardio...

Thanks,

Meg

I am not sure about your actual question but if I need to choose between to
levels I always take the lighter one, Lee

It's really an individual thing. I've worn my heart rate monitor during
classes and sometimes I barely get the hr up and other times it goes quite
high. Depends on the situation.

I usually count it as light, which is what is listed on the activity
points finder, too...Even when I break a sweat (we are in a 68F room), I
count it as light.
