Default Week 5 Over - Lost 2

Well five full weeks back on program for me. I lost 2 pounds this
week. I am now at 6.6 pounds lost total since I rejoined.

What I did right: Really buckled down on water consumption and ate
home cooked lunches a lot at work rather than buying everyday.

What I need to work on: More exercise!!!! Always more exercise!

What I've noticed: Don't see any visible difference yet in the mirror,
but the pants are a little looser already!

Short Term Goals: The farthest I look ahead is one week. Be good
everyday and try for a loss or a stay the same at the scale. Survive
the holiday weekend and go to my meeting Tuesday no matter what!

Long Term Goals: Fit in my "skinny shorts" again by or during summer.
The skinny shorts are the shorts I wore when I was at a full 75 pounds
down on WW before.

Super Long Term Goals: MAKE GOAL this time! Go to meetings for free!

Good week to you all!!!
Melissa
