6-22 report
I been on the brink today.. slept about 2 hours last night, been eating
fruits, but too many.. still is core but ... had fruits for breakfast, with coffee smoothie.. Had very little for lunch... some canadian bacon sandwich cause I was feeling crummy... Fruits through the afternoon.. Didn't work out, but did 15 minutes of stairs climbing here with the dog.. Walking tonight.. Oh well... could be worst.. Going to shop tonight for crosstrainers and a good sport bra... time to gear up again! Will~ "Gary G" wrote in message ... At O'Hare airport you can get just about anything...Including great salads etc...Chicago is a great food town but I won't go into that...But a good hotdog would really be good right now...GG "ahmward" wrote in message ... Another morning walk from 6:45 until 7:15 It will be 98 here today so this is my best time to be out. Breakfast was one egg "fried" in pam on the high fiber bread with fresh fruit and a cup of tea. I had a cup of coffee when I was getting my hair cut. My daughter and I had lunch out, cobb salads without dressing, one small piece of cornbread with butter (an indulgence) and ice tea. Dinner is a small steak, sauteed Swiss chard, mixed squash with basil and a glass of wine. Additional snacks will be fruit and a WW fudge bar. I am going to Chicago tomorrow. I hope I can find food at the airports. I will take Fiber One chocolate oat bars (2) and Quaker popcorn snacks (2 points) with me. Audrey |

I have two bowls of fresh fruit daily with about five kinds of fruit in
each. I never count them as more than one point each because I've been eating them this way for years. I hope you get more sleep tonight. Audrey "Willow Herself" wrote in message et... I won't eat hot dogs because it isn't worth the points. I looked at our
itinerary and we'll be eating in Denver. I know I can get decent food there. At our airport I just hope to get a cup of coffee and a bagel before we board. I already packed the fiber one bars and some Quaker popcorn cakes. We have four nights of great dinners so I have to cut corners as much as I can the rest of the days.
