Default 5 Easy Ways To Stick To Your Exercise Routine

1. Tell everyone you know that you're going to start exercising.

You'll feel ashamed if people ask you how your exercise is going and
you have to tell them you skimped. If you tell everyone you're going
to exercise, they'll unconsciously be watching you to see if your
body
has improved. And people will comment you when they notice that
receding waistline, making you feel good about your exercise.

2. Hit the gym and stick to your routine, even if you think you're
tired that day. The exercise will make you feel much better. Working
out will actually give you MORE energy when you're done.

3. Find a place close to home. If your gym is too far away, you'll be
able to use the distance as an excuse for not working out.

4. Work out in the morning. Get out of bed a little earlier and get
your workout done first. Otherwise, a lot of people will just get so
busy during the day that they forget or neglect their routine.

5. Set a regular schedule. Make it a habit. Work out on the same days
and at the same times. If you can stick to it, after a while, you
will
feel weird and uncomfortable when you skip a workout.

It also helps if you work a little smarter and make the most
efficient use of your workout time. Find out how you can maximize the
effectiveness of your exercise time at my blog at http://fitandfirm.blogspot.com/

Number two is the only one that makes sense. The others are silly gimmicks.

There is no easy way to exercise, because exercise is NOT supposed to be
easy. But if you LIKE it, you'll do it because it seems natural, enjoyable
and rewarding. Just like other things in life.

Get yourself into the mindset of genuinely liking to exercise. It feels
great having accomplished a vigorous workout, doesn't it? So do it
regularly, and look forward to those gym visits with enthusiasm.

Make this a lifestyle and watch the pounds come off automatically. And you
won't even have to count a single point or pay WW in the process.
