Food & Exercise -- 7/15/2007
Went for a morning run, and in the afternoon went to the pool. Didn't
do much else interesting -- just stuff around the house. Food: * 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 11:00 (home): energy cookie * 12:15 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 4:15 (pool cafe): 1 cup fresh fruit pieces * 6:15 (driving home from pool -- a gym sample freebie that I picked up yesterday): 90-calorie pack of sort of rice cakes w/ drizzled chocolate * 7:30 (home): 4 oz. roast chicken breast; 2 ears corn on the cob; 2 glasses wine; 2 squares dark chocolate Exercise: * 7:00: 3-mile run * 3:30 -- 6:00: swimming: 2 x 13 lengths, 1 x 14 lengths -- a total of 1000 meters Chris 262/130s/130s |
