Glad you're back on the straight & narrow, Brenda. You are obviously ready to be
OP & work on getting it off - I know the feeling only too well. Keep up the good
work.

This is my third day being OP. I can't explain why I'm having an easier
time for these three days, but hey what the heck, I'm OP! I still need to
drink a bit more water though.

Hope I can stay OP.

Maybe some have of the stresses have changed a bit. If so I'm not aware of
them mentally yet.

The external stresses changed? I am sure mood has a lot to do with
the ease.

Thanks Fred. For the life of me I still don't understand why the last

days have been easier, probably will never figure it out. All I can do

is
my best though and that's what I'm concentrating on.

Good luck with the continued STAYING ON PROGRAM.

Thanks Elaine. At the moment being OP feels like the RIGHT place to be. I
can't explain it, but it feels good.

would making a nice zero point soup that can be read and waiting on you help
you eat as soon as you get home but not be a big points deal? Lee

Well I hope things start going better for you. I know how that
afternoon/evening snack problem can be. It seems I have a bad day at
work and want to eat as soon as I get home. That's usually when I
consume most of my points.

As I suspected, I've had a gain. I know why though, so hopefully I can

get
my evening snacking problem under control. All the stress and work over

the
last 6 months has finally caught up with me. I had a really awful day
yesterday, very edgy, no patience, crying off and on all day, just

feeling
crappy! I'm going to try to get an appointment with my dr. this week to

see
what's going on. I suspect I'm suffering from some mild form of

depression
considering my symptoms.

Aww, Brenda... sorry for your gain and your depression problems... I hope
the doctor can find a solution for you. Take care, and I'll be keeping you
in my thoughts.
