Good Book on the science of LC?
Any recent books the group would reccomend on the
science of LC, I'm looking for something with more scientific depth that the "Run of the mill consumer Low Carb book." Something with recent research results would also be helpful. Paul |

Good Book on the science of LC?
Try the diabetes control books like
Atkins Diabetes Revolution and Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution. -- wrote: Any recent books the group would reccomend on the science of LC, I'm looking for something with more scientific depth that the "Run of the mill consumer Low Carb book."
