Default Newbie: Activity points?

Hiya. I've been doing WW for two and a half weeks now -- was I supposed
to get a booklet at the start of my third week about activity points? I
didn't, and I didn't think to ask about it when I was at my meeting.
Now I'm kinda confused. 8)

I've been googling a little bit trying to figure out how it works, but
haven't had any luck. Do any of you have any pointers where I can look
to figure out the basics, or do you know if eTools has the info? I
haven't convinced myself that I need eTools yet (although I am thinking
about it, so if the info is available there that might tip me over), and
I don't want to put it off until next week.

thanks in advance for any help!

You will get the booklet at your up coming (3rd) meeting so you did not miss
anything. Expect to receive a new booklet/handout automatically for 12
weeks. The getting started book is week 1 and week 2 is the booklet on
portion sizes. Did you get these?

Here is a site that will add to the week 3 booklet:
http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html For every 100 calories
burned, count it as 1 Activity Point. eTools should also have the info you
are looking for.
