Back to Regular Routine
I'm back home after spending 3 days at my daughter's house. She needed
some emergency day-care help so of course I volunteered! Her older boy is in day-care, but the baby goes to a sitter until he's walking and old enough for regular day-care and the sitter had a family emergency. We had a really good time together because his older brother wasn't around to tell us what to do all day! My daughter is a WW so I didn't have any problems staying on program. I missed my meeting on Monday because I was 60 miles away and it just seemed like a big hassle to pack up the baby to drive in to town. Hubby said my leader called about an hour after the meeting would be over to ask where I was. It's good to know that she keeps on top of things like that, because it'll keep me motivated to go to the meetings! I am SO looking forward to getting back to the gym today. Who knew that I'd ever miss exercise? Lybbe 250/233/150 Make every day count |

Back to Regular Routine
Hi, Lybbe, It is hard to believe that we miss the exercise but it's true.
