Doug, I want you to know that you just saved me from eating a very large
desert. I won't say what it was just in case it is a trigger food for
someone. Anyway, my wife was just on her way to pick this up and I
called her and had her and told her not to.

I had a bad food day and fell into that trap of thinking, well, you've
already blown it, you might as well blow the rest of it. After seeing
your picture, I couldn't go through with it (makes it sound like I was
about to jump off a bridge, I guess in a way I was). ;-)

And yes, that "well you've already blown it, you might as well blow the rest
of it" cycle has hit all of us. It is very dangerous. And... so untrue! Even
if you blow half the day, what you do right the rest of the day really adds
up to your benefit over time!
