Default I got busy!

Managed to get my pattern drafting softwear loaded up, so I've been
'designing' clothes all day!

So, well done all those who were successful, commiserations to those who
gained, and ((((((HUGS)))))) to all who want them, whether they need
them or not!

I stayed the same this week, which was a bit niggly as I was sure I
sweted of at least a stone schlepping round the London Underground with
a sister and a friend on Monday!

I'm also going to whinge at WW UK - the eating out book has nothing in
it for the IKEA cafe, and they do seriously good food there. I had
salmon, new potatoes, vegetables, and no sauce! Beautifully cooked,
too. I guestimated at 6 points for a very nice lunch.

Nah... Had salmon, potatoes and salad at the V&A (much saltier than I
expected, but very good), and salmon TWICE on Thursday! Mind you, I
could eat it every day and not get bored.

I think my downfall (such as it was!) was bread... as usual!

There's usually something veggie and fairly low point on there.
