1. Go to www.lifetimefitness.com

2. Open "Shop" on navigation bar and select "Autoship Program"

3. Click on "Sign up today"

4. Complete requested fields and click on "Submit" at page bottom


a. TO RECEIVE YOUR 23% - 30 % DISCOUNT MAKE SURE THAT YOU FILL IN THE
FIELD THAT ASKS FOR THE TRAINER NUMBER WITH 24681


5. On confirmation page, log in using your username and password

6. Once in account, click on "Manage my Products"

7. Follow instructions to add products

a. Click on View Products

b. Click on the products of your choice

c. Click on Add to Autoship

d. In Step one Click on 1 Month or 3 Months

e. Quantity per month should be 1 (you will receive 3 for 3 month)

f. Start month

g. Click on Calculate

h. Click on Add to my account

i. Continue Shopping until you have all of your products

i. Have the master ship date for the day after you order.

8. Click on "Log out" button to end your session


After trying the product(s), you can make adjustments to your account,
add or delete products, skip shipments or cancel an order. All you
have to do is go to www.lifetimefitness.com, follow steps 1, 2, & 5
and then click on "Manage Your Account" and delete products. This will
cancel your auto ship order.
