how hard is it
Was wondering how hard people have found it to get back on track if they
have gotten off? I'm doing okay but I need to do better then what I have been. Mind you I have not been eating that much today, becuase I am still not feeling well.I do want to be back on track by the first of the years. So I will keep working at it. I'm going back to the way I was before I went to my parents place for Christmas. I know that it will take time and it won't be easey becuase it's just like starting over again. But this is what I want to do and I know that I feel better when I eat better. So I have to do it for me. Any suggestions on what to do to get back on track and stay there. This is my first Christmas on my diet so any info would be greatful. TIA Angie Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. |
