Default Sometimes, it's hard...

I'm very satisfied with my progress on my lowER-calorie diet. Last
night, I was putting the number of calories I took in for the day
before going to bed when a sudden appetite took control of me! I had
to eat the chicken I cooked a few hours before. Two big portion for a
total of 600 calories in 20 minutes. That screws your stats! No
panick, the important is the long term statistics. Today, I'll eat 600
calories less, and my average will be back to normal, 1600 calories.

Mike -- good for you! Your rapid correction to your eating plan makes
a heck of a lot of sense!

Caleb

Mike you are so right!! I have been on my diet/exercise program for a week
and have done real well (actually better/easier than expected) until today.
I had to go out of town (work) unexpectedly and had to grab a quick lunch.
The only thing available was a Jack In the Box. I figured I can order a
salad and keep within my planned lunch calorie intake, well what the hell,
they are all out of salads. I decided on a chicken sandwich thinking
chicken equals low calories... I came home and checked, hell that little
lunch was almost 800 calories!!!! So tonight for dinner I had to readjust in
order to stay within the my daily calorie goal.

Oh, well if it does not kill me, it makes me stronger!
