I had my usual cup of coffee in the morning and then drank lots of water during the day, as I had a mandatory work dinner (yuck!) to go to. Fortunately, we had it had a Japanese restaurant, so the sushi was excellent. I knew I would have more sodium than I should, so the water worked great; I lost half a pound this morning.
