Recipe nutrient combiner
Does anyone know if there is a program available, preferably free, that you
can put in the ingredients , select serving size, and it tally up the counts for you? I am using Fit Day, and I downloaded a chart from a previous post, but it would be nice to have something where I could enter in all of the ingredients in the amounts, have the program tally them and then give counts for each serving size. Thanks, Pam |

Try RecipeManager. TuDogs gave it four dogs: Search Result for recipe manager Recipe Manager Food and recipe database management. Now you can analyze the nutritive value of your food, recipes and meals and stay healthy. Easy to use. Over 6000 ingredients. Over 30 nutrients - micronutrients, minerals and vitamins - with values for analysis. Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. 8.75MB. Free. Available at http://www.nutritionanalyser.com/rec...r/download.htm I like it fine, although the interface can be a little confusing. After all, you only have to enter the recipe once, right?
