Does anyone know if there is a program available, preferably free, that you
can put in the ingredients , select serving size, and it tally up the counts
for you? I am using Fit Day, and I downloaded a chart from a previous post,
but it would be nice to have something where I could enter in all of the
ingredients in the amounts, have the program tally them and then give counts
for each serving size.

Thanks,
Pam

Try RecipeManager. TuDogs gave it four dogs:

6000 ingredients. Over 30 nutrients - micronutrients, minerals and vitamins
- with values for analysis. Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. 8.75MB. Free.

I like it fine, although the interface can be a little confusing. After
all, you only have to enter the recipe once, right?

LifeForm does exactly what you want. And it is very flexible.

P.S. I have no association with this software except that I'm an
enthusiastic user of it.
