Cholesterol levels
I got the results from my cholesterol levels:
LDL Chol/HDL Chol ratio 0.8 Cholesterol, Total 122 Triglyceride 47 HDL Cholesterol 62 Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.0 Non-HDL Cholesterol, calc 60 LDL (Calculated) 51 They look pretty low compared to the abnormal reference range (less than half) but I've been wondering if they're too low? Just post here thanks. |

You almost can't get your LDL too low AFAIK. Your HDL can be too low but yours looks good. To pump up HDL, exercise.
