Default Im planning ahead

Okay, Ive decided to stay on induction until I get into the 170s (aprx 175)
then Ill go onto
the next phase, OWL. Aside from MORE veggies am I allowed an occasional low
carb pasta or cooked barley or
One Of those LaTortilla Factory Tortillas? Can I have an occasional piece of
Chocolate?
Im not too interested in bread but Im just mulling over my options!
Ill save the rice (WHITE! I hate Brown) for MUCH much later...I know that
once I have 1 cup Ill eat the entire 3 cups.

On induction, I think don't think so (just for technical reasons).
On OWL at 20g or less per day: certainly.

Why not do OWL at 20g or so? You accomplish the same thing yet have more
variety.

Yes, if it fits within your carb budget and does not cause cravings, and if
you're on OWL.

Why ever bring back rice? I plan to never eat that again. I'd rather have
really good cake or ice cream, but that's just me

I have no intentions of ever eating sugared items again, when I have so many
SF options
Like Blue Bunny, or Ashers SF Chocolates or Low Carb milks or anything else
like them.
I love rice, I love sushi... Rice is pretty much the only thing I held out
going on low carb for.
I thought Id go nuts without it, but I was wrong. After all I gave up sugar
and potatoes 2 yrs ago
I really dont miss either, especially the hot flashes and sleepiness after
eating potatoes! Yuk.

BTW Im not talking about Uncle Bens Im talking about Goya Medium Grain, I
love a good chewy
fragrant hot bowl of plain sticky rice (No soy sauce on it -Its almost
blasphemous in Japan to add
darness to their national purity)
