Milk for weight loss
I managed to lose the thread that was talking about a better weight loss
when you're getting more milk. There was an article in Readers Digest a few months ago that said just that. Some study or ther other had found better weight loss when drinking more milk. And my son drinks about a half gallon easily daily ... yet was at his highest
weight ever when doing this. I haven't totally ruled out the new information, but also take it with a grain of salt. If it works for you, go for it. I do know that I lost 95+ pounds without any excess intake of calcium - actually was one of the areas I probably lacked in most days. My calcium intake tends to be more of what is found in food items. Joyce, I agree with you - I take a lot of these so-called studies with a
grain of salt. Especially since every other study contradicts the last one. -- Donna in Idaho!
