Okay, might as well finish it off with the final two weeks posted
together since together they are "perfect" maintenance (G)

Week 11, I was 161.8 or up 2.4

Week 11, I am 159.4 or down 2.4

Now to find out if this is my starting weight for the nyny challenge
or not????

I am aiming for not less than 155. But shuffling between 155 and 160
would be terrific. I guess WW thinks that one should keep the range
to about 2 pounds??

And you know, the more "I'm Here" the more I'm comfortable being here
and not finding it as much struggle. But let's see how Thanksgiving
goes along with what follows.

I know last Thanksgiving I did fine, just eating moderate portions of my
favorite traditional foods, and some truly fine veggies I made to add on the
side. I put some mashed winter squash in with the sweet potato stuff, and
other such sneaky lightening up techniques. It was all eaten with great
gusto by pretty much everyone, and I noticed that there was a lot more
afternoon grazing than is usual in our family (everyone got hungry again).
I had a teeny piece of pecan pie that day too. Lost weight that week. It
Can be done !
