Hey all! I maintained from last week! Better than the yo-yoing I have been
doing! So mark me down for 185 again!

stabilizing is a great thing, when I yo-yo for a couple weeks then stay the
same for a bit it is like my body is shifting stuff around and then I get a
whoosh, hope this happens for you, Lee
