I have 45kg more then i want to have
BMI 38.4
167cm 107kg I am on a hi protein diet: diet cheese 500g is my basic daily food -less than 500kcal -60g of protein, infact 2/3 protein + 1/3 carb/fat + 4dl water up to 5 egg whites I will include WHEY protein concentrate, as soon as I buy it -100g per day (75% protein) - 384kcal some 1%fat milk 3,3g protein per 1dl yoghurt 0,05%fat 7-8g protein per 1,8dl When I decide to do something I do it, and there is no stopping until all results show up. Do you have some advices? I need a list of other foods that contain mostly proteins. Thanks in advance. |

I would go 25% fat, 25% protein and 50% carbs. I would eat as little sugar,
refined grain and simple starche as possible, complex carbs only. I would not try and lose more than 2 Lbs or 1 Kg per week. Bob "*******O 65346354354" wrote in message ... What kind of carbs should I eat? I hear oats are good. Also I heard that i should take flax seed oil, black pepper to speed up metabolism. How can I speed up my metabolism? I donīt have much energy. |

Welcome aboard! Check out the book Protein Power. It'll answer most if not all of your questions (and then some). Atkins is another great book to read. Ignore the advice of "50% carbs". Its bad advice. Keep your carbs low. Accept the fact that when you're eating a lot of protein, you'll be eating a lot of fat too. That's OK! To raise your metabolism, exercise. For example, today and tomorrow, walk to the corner and back. The next couple days, walk it twice. After that, walk all the way around the block. More than anything else, be patient! Walking for 1 to 2 hours a day is probably good, no special equipment or gym memberships required. Unlike bowling no special shoes are actually required. Bob |
