Disappointment at Black Eyed Pea
i quit going to BEP a couple of years ago--service was ALWAYS terrible, no
matter which one i went into. "Pat" wrote in message ... I went with my friends to eat at the local Black Eyed Pea restaurant and asked to substitute my french fries for a salad. "That'll be 99 cents extra." the server said. "Even if I am not getting the fries--just switching them for the small salad?" I asked. "Any change at all is 99 cents extra." he replied. If you are gonna give em $15.00 (I tip high) just add a 1 dollar bill to the stack and they'll think you are taking a dollar but you had no intentions of giving it to them in the first place!
