Default Food & Exercise -- 3/16/2007 (yesterday)

Went to the gym yesterday, then spent the afternoon at home. In the
evening DH and I went out to dinner at a local Chinese restaurant.

Food:

* 8:45 (home): 1 serving instant oatmeal w/ 22g peanut butter
* 1:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 2:30 (home): 18 mini sugar-free meringue cookies (18 sounds like a
lot, but this is a total of 45 calories -- I was just finishing off
the box)
* 5:45 (home): 2 multigrain crackers w/ 1 slices f/f cheese
* 7:20 (Chinese restaurant): split 2 appetizers & 1 entree w/ DH: 3
potstickers; 3 pieces of lettuce rolled around minced chicken, celery,
& pine nuts mixture; 3 oz. Peking duck w/ 2 pancakes & hoisin sauce;
10 oz. wine

Totals: 1660 calories (190 from alcohol), 58g fat (32%), 139g carbs
(34%), 109g protein (26%)

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: forward & reverse lunges; stiff-legged deadlifts;
one-legged rising from seated position; leg extensions; leg curls; hip
adductor; hip abductor

* 11:00: 75 minute yoga class -- focus on core & hip flexors
