Food & Exercise -- 3/18/2007 (yesterday)
Yesterday we drove up to PA to visit my MIL. We went out to lunch and
dinner with her, and a late breakfast this morning, then headed home. Splurged some on meals :-). (I mean from a calorie perspective.) Food: * 7:00 (home): 1 serving instant oatmeal w/ 22g peanut butter * 11:15 (driving): 1 oz. beef jerky * 12:45 (Panera restaurant): 1 cup French onion soup in sourdough bread bowl (ate only about 1/3 of the bowl) * 3:00 (MIL's house): 3 sugar wafers * 4:45 (MIL's house): 8 oz. wine; 1 oz mixed nuts; 1 oz. Chex mix * 6:30 (restaurant): 8 oz. wine; 2/3 cup seafood bisque; 1 small piece garlic bread; 6 oz. grilled tilapia; 2 oz. assorted veggies; 1 slice chocolate peanut butter pie Totals: 1992 calories (302 from alcohol), 82g fat (37%), 167g carbs (34%), 78g protein (16%) Exercise: None Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
