Food Log 10.2.07
As of Friday morning, I am down to 138. yeay! So I'm definitely happy
about that. This weekend my fiance and I are on a mini vacation in Pigeon Forge and Cherokee (casino) so we have been eating out a lot, so I'll have to make up for it next week. Breakfast: 1 biscuit w/ jelly and sweet tea cal- 470 Lunch: veggie sandwich a few fries. diet coke cal- 300 Dinner: half a tiny of loaf of wheat bread, fried whitefish, salad with bleu cheese dressing, sauteed mushrooms and onions, coleslaw cal- 680 1 1/2 glasses of dessert wine cal- 240 Total Cal- 1690 |
