t is not from boredom
as I have an interesting and busy life but still I have this
uncontrollable desire to snack till the cows come home. It's not about
hunger and I can control myself quite nicely during the daytime
hours....

Evenings are rough for me, too--I think it's life-long habit of "grazing"
in front of the TV. I really can't even have a
"healthy snack" of grapes or an orange in the evening, it seems to "trigger"
me, and I'm out in the kitchen a-huntin'. I don't have "a drink" anymore
for the same reason.

Gizzie - Gee! Everyone's dreams are a lot more exciting than mine! I,
for one, would not trust those little elves in the dark! (Or myself
with a Keepler box, or a Colonel Sanders bucket, and if we had
Gorton's here, I probably wouldn't trust myself with that either!)

Yours,

Caleb

Jackie --

Just keep the real calories out of your system! You are DOING GREAT !
And we sure hope you will CONTINUE TO DO SO!!!!

For me, thinking about food leads to the actual act. I try to keep it
out of my mind.

Yours truly,

Caleb
