Has anyone heard about Cohen Lifestyle clinic, I have a question if you have
Hi Guys,
has anyone ever heard of the Cohen Lifestyle clinics and Dr Cohens diet? I've been on the diet for approximately 6 weeks, and have had some great results 11.6kg (21.78lbs) in 4 weeks. I was hoping there might be someone out there with some experience or information on the eating plan. Currntly I'm STARVING at night, I've tried coffee, water, walking ... I can't seem to kick this insane hunger at night. Any suggestions and guys I'd owe you! Cryss Starting 306.9lbs/139.5kg Current 285.1lbs/129.6kg Goal 136.4lbs/62kg
