That could be said for any lifestyle from drug addict, to alcoholic, to
sexually transmitted diseases. What's your point? My tax dollars are
used for a lot of stuff I don't want to pay for, such is life.

Having a painful life-threatening chronic illness is worse.

And, maybe, being so shallow that you believe being puffy is the worst thing in
the world is just as bad ;-)
