Question Lose weight - lose inches naturally

I would be interested in knowing how many people have tried every fad diet, low calorie or low carb diet, weight loss program, spent many $$$$ at health clubs - and still not lost the weight they wanted. And would we be thought of as "winners" because we hadn't lost -OR would we simply be thought of as "losers". Personally I would like to be called a "winner at losing" and I think I have finally found the means to do it. Sure am interested in your comments. Thanks.
