Default HHH & update

Hi everyone,

I re-introduced myself a month ago, then had computer problems, so haven't been
able to read this group. I missed you! I just had to hit update on all of the
1000's of posts that I missed, so congrats to all the losers, and to everyone
else, keep your chin up! Like I have to constantly tell myself, tomorrow is a
new day.

I have been on WW for four weeks now, and have lost 10.2 pounds during this
time. I haven't been great at counting points, but I have been exercising. I
walked for an hour 7 times last week. This HHH challenge is really motivating
me. So is the great feeling I am getting from regular exercise, both mentally
and physically. The insomnia I had been experiencing for the last few months
is gone. That hour of walking is definitely my meditation time. I am loving
it!

It feels great to be back. I'm looking forward to hearing all about how you
are all doing!

Sonya,

Welcome back, I know about computer probems I had some myself last week.
When you cannot get online and read this newsgroup it seems as if a part of
your body is missing.
