Default {{{{{ GOAL }}}}} & Question????

Hi all,

Yesterday I went to my weigh in and the lady there said that if I'm happy
with my weight I could start maintenace. I was shocked. Then she went on
to explain that at my current weight I'm in the WW's "healthy weight range"
(159-127 lbs) and I weighed in at 158.8 lbs so she said if I consider this
as my goal and do maintenace for the next 6 weeks then I"ll be a lifetime
member and won't have to pay my weekly fee. So I thought I'd give it a
shot. But I'm worried since this is going to be sooooo hard now with
Christmas here and I'm going away to visit my family soon for 2 weeks. I
hope I can do it.

I have a question for lifetime members out there? I'm pretty happy with
158.8 lbs but my personal goal is 140 lbs I was wondering since they tell
you to maintaine within 2 lbs of goal weigh, Is it ok to keep trying to lose
to get to my personal goal? I mean what can they say if I still lose
weight... right?
*crossing fingers hoping to lose and not gain this month*

In total I lost 20 lbs on WW's

Thanks a bunch I couldn't have done it without all your help, advice &
encouragement,

SPOONS

Default {{{{{ GOAL }}}}} & Question????

T E R R I F I C.

Congrats.

Many folks choose the top of WW range as goal so that we can stop
paying - why not.

And you can continue to lose to meet a personal goal altho, they do
suggest you learn about Maintenance which you do not do if you try to
still lose. But it works. Yes, this could be a hard time to hold
fast and stay or lose for 6 weeks.

Welcome and good luck

Default {{{{{ GOAL }}}}} & Question????

Congratulations for making it into your healthy weight range Spoons!

I've never seen anywhere that WW doesn't want you to lose more once you get
to their goal. My leader is 20lbs below her WW goal at the moment. I was
hoping to lose some more myself, but given the time of year that's proving a
little tricky. Just so long as you stay below that magic number, you're
free for life

bear in mind you can't go more than five pounds below the low number on
their chart without a Dr. note and I know this because I accidentally heard
one of the leaders explaining this to a woman the other day, Lee
