The flyer for the seven day menu program of 20 points per day is
called either:

"pick-me-up-guide"

or

"7-day get-you-back-on-track menu"

Wondering if there is a pdf or other electronic version on the WW
online site?

Thanks

I haven't done an exhaustive search of the online site, but I'm coming
up empty. Up to 10 weeks of meal plans are available for online
subscribers, but they're customizable, and tailored to the
subscriber's points target.

BTW, WW Online doesn't offer site search, at least not that I've
found. People have complainted about this missing feature but so far,
nada from WW. However, I googled the WW site for the two things you
named. Still nothing. Sorry.

Thanks for looking. It might be part of a plateau lesson or plan or
concept???

I pushed the "panic button," thinking that's where I'd find the kind
of materials you're looking for. Nothing sounded like what you
described. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

I've search the Canadian Online site, but could find nothing. DH is very
good at searching things out, but he was unable to find anything either. I
think if there was something like this in the form of a pdf or other
electronic version, he would have found it.

I did a google search and found the references to the Pick Me Up Guide on
the following pages:

http://www3.weigh****chers.com/franc...pataglance.asp

http://www3.weigh****chers.com/franc...zona/about.asp

http://www.weigh****chersofwesternmi...2&categoryID=4

It sounds like it's something rather new, so perhaps they will introduce it
at your meetings soon.

From the description, the Pick Me Up Guide sounds like a print version
of the online meal plans. A suggestion to use the assistance of the
meal plans comes up when you first subscribe to WW Online to help you
get through the first week or two while you're still learning points,
and then every once in a while in the WI day message if you're showing
a gain.

Yup - that's it - the pick me up guide. It is offered along with the
pie charts and the protein/carbs sheets that are also mentioned.

Maybe they do not offer it electronically yet.

Funny, they do not have it available online YET??

It is a 20 point set of menues for a week with variations for some of
the meals. Legal size and can be folded in eights with the seven days
and a "cover sheet."

Actually, a friend is interested in it which is why I've been seeking
it out. And electronic would be convenient.

I seem to remember a set of menus for each week BEFORE we switched to the
FlexPlan in Canada, but the menus now are quite different.
