The Foundation Diet
Anyone on this diet have any new recipes or willing to do some recipe
trading? I have managed to meet the challenge Dr. Burlay presents and really spiced up my low carb foods and, just as he says, it has keep me interested in staying with the plan. 35 lbs gone so far!!! So any new recipes or ideas are great. I would be happy to share mine with you as well! Markus |
