The 1300 Club -The The Early Bird gets the Firm
Some of us are "morning" people and some night owls.
I used to watch Johnnny Carson followed by the late, late show, now rarely catch Jay and am sacked out long before the eleven o'clock news. Sometimes the urge for that first mug of java causes a postponement of pilates and they never get done. But a new discipline is working. Exercise first. It's like money in the bank! Feelings of virture last all day. Breakfast is earned. Fitday's activity log is appeased. I've read that exercising at night is of more value in promoting a good night of sleep, but that assumes that you'll do it. -- Diva ******** Completing 4 years of maintenance |
