Default Day 1 DBD

Started SBD yesterday. I have lost 2 lbs -- 48 to go. (for those who are
going to go on and on about it being water, who cares :\ ) I'm drinking 64 oz
of water a day.
I have So much more energy today! And I feel good.
I find the diet a bit confusing .. but I'm giving myself time to work on it

Sure, it's probably water weight... But who cares? It's a start. Diet is
confusing, at first. It'll take time, and it's good you realize that. Take
it one step at a time, slowly, and the weight will drop off. BTW, what is
dbd or sbd? Your subject says dbd, but you also mention sbd...

At any rate, keep it up, and keep us posted!

Congrats on the "loss" but don't be discouraged when those "pounds" show up
on the scale tomorrow or the next day. You'd have to cut 7000 calories from
your eating to lose 2 pounds in a day. From a women's point of view, our
weight can fluctuate greatly...I've seen my jump as much as 3-4 pounds from
day to day depending on my salt intake, my TOM, the weather, etc.

Weigh yourself once a week instead of every day. That way, you get a better
idea of the trend of your weight, and you don't get frustrated over the
normal ups and downs that hormones and water can cause.
