Default Exercise Tip (Walking)

Don't walk in the rain with an umbrella! Kinda/sorta like dragging a
parachute in the wind most of the way.

Turned in my worst time ever. 1 hour, 30 minutes. I'll stick with the
raincoat next time.

Same with pushing a stroller. Gets those butt-muscles pumping. :-)

I was walking on the treadmill the other morning in my boxer briefs,
and my wife stopped and commented on my legs. Apparently, my legs
have become RIPPED and I didn't even know it. Just a by-product of
all the walking.

Beverly,

I saw most folks in yellow "slickers" raincoats. Gotta find me one of
those.

I'm a non-mistakable regular now, no matter what I wear!

My DH also walks on the treadmill in his undies. I guess that's one more
advantage to owning a treadmill.

If I ever get married again, I'm make sure to buy her a treadmill.

Why bother with the undies? On reflection, I guess it helps to keep
everything in place
