Pulled up Anchor and rowing stronger again!
Hi All,
After a rough week and a half, I'm happy to report that I went down 3 lbs at today's WI. This brings my grand total to 69.8 lbs so far and certainly makes up for last week's 1.6 lbs gain! I still have a long journey ahead of me, but I'm rowing with renewed vigor this week! Hey Lee!.....after discussions with my doctor and a couple of trainers at my
gym, they all feel that because I doing heavy weight training, that by the time I get down to goal, 180 is more realistic than 153 as shown in the BMI charts for my height.... Hey, all I care about is that I remain and look healthy!.........well, let me confess......I'm also hoping to sport a SPEEDO on the beach to show off all my new muscles!!! hehehehahahaha!!!!! just kidding! when I get down to 180, if I need to go further, I will ......I'm in this for life, not just for the short term weight loss! You must be so proud and your family must be so proud as well. When I started this journey at age 27 I weighed 160 and my goal, which I made, was 127. Now I am more than twice that age and my goal is actually 159 close to where I was when I first began. The goal weight is now fine for my age and one I can maintain. I think I would like to get a bit lower because I seem to hover too close to the two pounds over. Audrey |

the reason I asked is that it seems to be the hardest thing to deal with
