Default Pulled up Anchor and rowing stronger again!

Hi All,

After a rough week and a half, I'm happy to report that I went down 3 lbs at
today's WI.

This brings my grand total to 69.8 lbs so far and certainly makes up for
last week's 1.6 lbs gain!

I still have a long journey ahead of me, but I'm rowing with renewed vigor
this week!

Have you noticed my revised signature and goal weight? %^)

Hey Lee!.....after discussions with my doctor and a couple of trainers at my
gym, they all feel that because I doing heavy weight training, that by the
time I get down to goal, 180 is more realistic than 153 as shown in the BMI
charts for my height....

Hey, all I care about is that I remain and look healthy!.........well, let
me confess......I'm also hoping to sport a SPEEDO on the beach to show off
all my new muscles!!! hehehehahahaha!!!!! just kidding!

when I get down to 180, if I need to go further, I will ......I'm in this
for life, not just for the short term weight loss!

Wow, an almost seventy pound loss! You must be so proud and your family
must be so proud as well.

When I started this journey at age 27 I weighed 160 and my goal, which I
made, was 127. Now I am more than twice that age and my goal is
actually 159 close to where I was when I first began. The goal weight
is now fine for my age and one I can maintain. I think I would like to
get a bit lower because I seem to hover too close to the two pounds
over.

the reason I asked is that it seems to be the hardest thing to deal with
next to actually losing the weight, seems that many have emotional issues
attached to that number, also seems you are taking a practical approach, Lee
